Cancelling a Subscription

Please note that ClubPay is unable to terminate a subscription without explicit approval from the corresponding vendor account. While we offer services to vendors, we do not participate in their daily operations. Consequently, we are unable to determine if you, as a customer, have any ongoing financial commitments to a vendor.

If you wish to cancel a subscription, we kindly request that you first reach out to the vendor account. They will then verify with us whether the subscription can be terminated. If you approach us directly without prior communication with the associated vendor account, we will direct you back and the subscription will not be cancelled at that time.
