Although ClubPay is designed to be easy to use, you may require support at various times throughout your time with us, especially at the beginning. That's why we offer full support completely free of charge.
You will never pay a penny for any of the support we provide. No matter the size of your club or organisation. We don't take favourites and everybody gets the same service.
Get Advice & Guidance from us
Along with our guidance material, which vendors receive in their welcome email, we are here to help you work things out. We are always ready to offer advice and guidance, whether that may be how to capture a certain type of data, how to set up a certain function on a form or just general advice on what a good form needs.
Let us Build your Forms for you - or Help you Fine Tune Them
Because of our origins, we completely understand that many of our vendor organisations are run by volunteers or small groups of people with limited time. Because of this, we provide full-form builds to all our vendors. Depending on your needs, you may want to send us a list of requirements and wait for us to send you back a first draft to check over or send us your work in progress to polish.
Let us be your Most Valuable Administrator
Part of the value ClubPay provides is the ability for you to sit back and let us do the hard work. We are your most valuable administrator and essentially, we don't charge you a penny for that service. The only charge you will ever see from us is the small percentage fee we take on each transaction you process through ClubPay
Book a Demo to see ClubPay in Action
If you want to know more about how ClubPay works, why not book a free demo. You will get a half-hour preview of how the system works and a chance to ask any questions you may have. With no charge and no obligation, what have you got to lose?
Alternatively, you can create a free account with us and explore the system yourself. It only takes around 10 minutes to get set up and you can get going instantly. Again, with no costs or obligations, there really isn't anything to lose.
