Emails and Notifications

Use Notification Settings to get notified whenever your form gets a successful submission, send confirmation emails to users and send form data to other websites.

You will NOT receive email notifications whenever a user successfully submits your form, neither will the user receive a confirmation email. You will have to enable these for each of your forms if you would like these features.

Getting Notification Emails

It may be useful to get email notifications whenever you get a successful submission on your form. Emails can be sent to multiple addresses and you can customise the email content. Emails may be delivered to your spam box.

  1. Go to the Form Manager page and locate your form
  2. Select it and click the 'Notifications' icon
  3. Check the box next to 'Send Notification Emails to My Inbox'
  4. Enter the email address you want notifications to go to. You can add multiple addresses by separating them with a comma
  5. It is recommended that you leave the remaining settings as they are. However, you can click 'more options' to access advanced options
  6. Click the blue question marks next to each field if you require additional information

Sending Confirmation Emails

It is good practice to send confirmation emails to customers after they have completed a form. This gives them peace of mind that their submission has been received and can act as a receipt of sorts. To send confirmation emails, you must have an email field on your form.

  1. Ensure that your form has an email field on it
  2. Go to the Form Manager and locate your form
  3. Select it and click the 'Notifications' icon
  4. Check the box next to 'Send Confirmation Email to User'
  5. Select the Email field from the drop down
  6. This is all you need to unless you want to customise the content of the email. To do this click 'more options'
  7. Enter the content you prefer into the available fields. E.g. for From Name you may want to leave it as ClubPay or put the name of your organisation
  8. Click the red question marks next to each field if you require additional information
