Product Update

This form should be used by Vendor Organisations whose initial application has been accepted and who have configured their Micro-Site and Products. It helps us understand any changes and updates you wish to make to existing Products.

It is primarily intended for Organisations following the Assisted Set Up Route but it can also be used by Organisations using Self Set Up who need short term assistance or for whom it is simply more convenient at a particular point in time.

Please note that you only need to complete those parts of the form where you want something to change, but you will need to complete and submit a form for each Product you wish to modify. If you want to add a new Product, you should complete the Product Creation Form.
